Wool turtleneck is one of the best designs of a garment, mostly a sweater. This turtleneck has a design of close fitting neck where one end of the tube can be folded. The practical use of it is to cover and warm the neck in cold conditions. This outfit was first designed as a men's wear but overtime it has become a women's wear too. It is a smart form of dress for people who do not prefer formal wear. The design and style of turlenecks is considered as neatness.
